I am Lamar Pinson, and my mornings begin the same way wherever I wake up: the Word, an open heart to receive, a pen to deliver, and an honest conversation with the Father before the world gets its turn. I travel full time, moving from country to country, and that practice is the one thing that never changes with the address. The Mountain is where I share what comes out of those mornings.
I am a Faith-Based Life Performance Coach with over a decade of experience. Through my company The Rudder, I help high-responsibility men lead their lives with clarity, authority, and conviction. I am not a pastor. I am not a therapist. I am not a motivational speaker. I am a coach, and I coach from the authority of Scripture and the precision of a structured methodology. Most of the individuals I work with do not lack ambition or discipline. They lack an anchor. They believe in God and still live as though everything depends on them. My work is to close the distance between what they believe and how they actually operate.
I do not write these entries as someone who has arrived. They are what He showed me in Scripture, what it exposed in me, and what I am still learning to carry into the way I live. I share them because I have watched people all over the world open the same passages and meet our same Father. The invitation is yours too. Come up, and meet the Father.
